I remember how ABC Nightline aired a nightly 11:30 p.m. “America Held Hostage” report during the Iran hostage crisis. I’m under no illusion that any network news would do that now, but @jimmykimmel.com or @colbertlateshow.bsky.social totally should.

At this point Muck seems to be just as gone as Trump. Either because he's had a psychotic break, early onset dementia, or the drugs he's been taking have worn away his brain. Who knows? But he's at least as lost as Trump.

I once read a schlock novel about a president who was a Russia sleeper agent. Upon winning the presidential elections this sleeper agent rapidly started dismantling government, firing all government workers and locking Congress out of the capital. I remember thinking how ridiculous the book was 😞
