I was surprised by the trailer for The Accountant 2 because I thought The Accountant was Jason Statham, then I realized I was thinking of The Mechanic and had never actually heard of The Accountant 1 before. 😂

Very good film full of nuance & twists & turns that my accountant wife enjoyed immensely.
Sadly it also seems to have empowered her, looking at how she manages her once lazy, disorganised, idiotic clients.
They now hide nothing, provide receipts for everything & do it all on time.
An unspoken fear?
The accountant is probably streaming.
The autism of several characters is both central to the plot & hugely empowering.
Only one thread of a very well written exciting fine, but a central one.
It truly challenges how many of us think about autism, beyond the disruption, into the gifts.
Kicks ass.
