Oh, I get it. When they took out my ten pound vampire blood baby (an ovarian cyst the size of a loaf of bread) I had to wait a few days for the "negative for malignancy" results, too.
The doc was pretty sure it was benign, but that sense of relief when you find out for sure is amazing. Congrats!
Had a wonky ampullary biopsy in Novemer, and my GI doc started preparing me for a Whipple procedure to stave off potential pancreatic malignancy. Insurance delays had me waiting on this round of biopsies until last week, so I've been carrying this a while.
Feels good to put it down.
