Super weird Inception style stacked dreams last night, where I kept waking up from different dreams within dreams, frantically trying to find my way out back into the real world.

Once I was dreaming that a tornado was coming; everyone was running around and the funnel was dropping and I ran outside behind the house and tried to pry my eyelids open, screaming βWake up! Wake up!β That's pretty self-aware for a dream.
I'm legit jealous. All I got was a couple of old white men bitching about stock prices going to shit while I was trying to get away from a party for a newborn baby.
Stop I'm not joking I had the same, for 12 hours. My teeth would all shatter in one, then I'd wake to find myself in the same distressing scenario 'for real this time' at least 8 times
This used to happen to me quite a bit back when I was still practicing lucid dreaming. It's easily as annoying as sleep paralysis but I don't see it talked about nearly as much.
Yes, at one time I was lucid dreaming so much that I began to develop what I could only describe as a temporal disorder. The elders around me gave their advice: l stop doing it. Marijuana can help blot out dreaming.
Yeah, I had to cut it out, too. It got so that I'd have paralysis after every nap. It was fun while it lasted but ultimately not worth it. I was never at the point where I needed cannabis which is probably good since it gives me awful paranoia.

The longer it went on the pain was more noticeable.
