The ripples could be massive to Alaska’s economy, healthcare provider and future options for anyone who still has a job, housing prices, and homelessness. Since the election we have started saving every penny to build our rainy day fund. It’s going to hurt everyone.
They don't take into account our population , lack of higher paying jobs, amount of veterans and people with disabilities that work those gov jobs, how many in our state rely on some form of government assistance, logistics (its not like we can easily drive to another location for services.
