I'm also self sabotaging to a degree. I got a couple new followers, but also noticed that a couple of my previous followers were AI spammers, and that's an instant block from me.

Nah! That's not sabotage. Retaining the bots and spammers isn't worth it, if all you get out of it is a bigger number. Keep at it!

Agreed. Especially because they use the larger accounts to piggyback and gain reach. Only way to get rid of em is to starve em out.
