Let's see if I can get back into this. I was intermittent fasting for a few months doing a 20:4 keto diet. 2 weeks ago I fell off the wagon & ended up eating junk. I feel physically terrible. Desperate times call for desperate measures. I'm now going to try a 2nd attempt at the Phoenix protocol.

I've just broken through 20 hours of dry fasting. Hopefully I'm now back on track.
Usually being plenty hydrated with electrolytes and using MCT oil helps
But when in doubt I rely on cheese and Greek yogurt
I'm in a 24 hour endurance race next July. I'm trying to get the weight down by 10kg and be totally keto by the race date so I don't need to rely on carbs to fuel me.
