luckily, given that world war z was an “oral history” (series of short stories) and thus couldn’t have been truly adapted except as an anthology film, i don’t think project hail mary will have that problem.

It’s an amazing read. I was so drawn to the characters. I cried a few times too. Which to me, is the ultimate sign that the author has connected to his/her reader.

I thought the movie The Martian was one the few exceptions where the movie was better than the book.

This book was really cool! No spoilers but I was really impressed by the different little plot twists throughout, the science involved, and of course the driving mystery. The ending was worth the journey too, just a great book. Can't wait to see how it makes it to film.
