Hello Wellington I've been using my UV Blunt to protect myself from the bad sun rays and this has been attracting comments from the people who licked too much paint in their youth. I bought one of these about 2 years ago when I was allergic to sunlight (thx covid, thank fk my body randomly decided to get over that one day) and honestly yeah the weird looks were a lot! They're really good though

We were at a fair in Levin yesterday, and it was very hot. Saw several people holding umbrellas / parasols and regretted not thinking to take one.

(Tell the paint lickers it's a parasol - to "protect" from the "sun".)

I do this a lot in summer. Much nicer than wearing a hat & getting a sweaty head, plus it shades part of my arms as well.

I've used umbrellas in other towns for shade in sunny days, but I'm not sold on having to manage an umbrella in the prevalent Wellington winds. I know blunts can (often) stand up to it, but you still have to fight to not Marry Poppins!
