Not to mention they've shot and killed people in Gaza almost every day. Often multiple people. Same goes for the Lebanon ceasefire, where they bombed half a dozen villages just yesterday.
There's a million lies he can make to cover himself. Or he could just tell the truth. No one in Washington will even consider consequences for Israel's actions.
