part of the reason they are withholding disaster relief funds from California and clawing back money owed to other blue states is so we don't have the fiscal capacity to do stuff like this

i don't always listen to my doctor though, i drink too much, i smoke weed, do drugs they don't like, and get "unnecessary" vaccinations
