We literally have the answers too! The answers are that Republicans are vile, spineless creatures who want to enforce white supremacy and set up a ruling class of kings while everyone else is enslaved or worse! Democrats need to actually fight, but most of them are in on it too so they won't.

I get the frustration, but what exactly are dems supposed to do? They don't hold power in any branch of government. Presidency, Senate, Congress, and all the courts are controlled by the Republicans. And the media are all owned by reds. Dems can talk about stuff, but they can't actually do anything

The Trump admin is getting a lot of mileage out of moving fast and projecting strength to set a narrative. "We need answers in an investigation that may happen in months and won't have any consequences" feeds into that dynamic because it looks weak and doesn't do anything to shift that narrative.

If the senator can't draw some conclusions from watching the event, why should I think he'd draw conclusions from the answers he'd be given if this administration condescended to give him answers?
