There's a policy clash (a wonk-off?) underway between Obama and Biden veterans and their cliques over whether departures from Obama orthodoxy doomed Biden and Dems. tl;dr, it's mostly territorial pissing dressed as ideological battle. The next Dem president will have to chart a totally new course.
