The number of harmless rocks that folks don't realize will dissolve or potentially leach dangerous chemicals when in contact with water, especially acidic water? It's not a good time. A fun example: Pyrite or fool's gold contains arsenic and oxides into sulphuric acid when in contact with water.

Yeeeep, which is why (assuming they aren't AI generated) I know to expect them to either be laced with toxins or heavy metal. Vibrant colors in geology are almost always contaminated or coadjacent to something lethal if mishandled, and unlike metal, you can't just melt it down to remove impurities.😬

Yeeeep and unlike what most people think: Most rock is porous and hot liquids are a perfect way of *leeching out* trace elements over time. Not fast enough or certain enough to make the mineral safe before you've eroded or turned it brittle, but fast enough to make every sip a little adventure.
