While I appreciate why mandatory online training is often necessary, I always find I learn more about how *not* to design online educational materials than I do about the subject matter. Some frustratingly poorly designed questions in the ones I am plugging through today .....

US company so sadly all have american voice overs in a slow drawl taking twice as long listening to as the captions take to read. Frustrating.
As for 'Doris is a legal counsel & was...' it's like role play training in slow motion.🤯
the superficial tick box ones provoke contempt and erode any value people may assign to training and the topic. If people think they have nothing to learn you rarely get engagement.
