Harvard, and every other school on that list should lose there tax free status. And yes, funding can be tied to free speech, it is reasonable and responsible of the donor to approve of what will happen with their money.

it was unacceptable to take action against peaceful protesters on campus last year, as a result we have lost a huge part of the base who feel they can safely speak up and fight back. protest is a protected part of free speech
