This is an utterly stupid way to run an election. Living in Oregon for nearly 30 years I felt superior to CA and WA as our ballots had to be in by 8pm election night and the counting finished quickly. Now we take ballots postmarked by Election Day, and our results are stupidly dragged out, too.
