At time of order the third plane was still on the ground in the US. They purposely, blatantly, willingly violated the order.
It seems clear that their 'nat security concerns' are fully formed on the basis of Trump arguing he knows whats best for the country to keep it safe, rather than classified information.
Boasberg should have anticipated the stonewalling….
