Former therapist and researcher here. Not hyperbole, therapy is shown to often worsen ASPD and can harm the care team as well as society. It's uncouth to say, but a small number of people are not just sick per se--they are wholly unfixable due to the inability to feel or understand empathy.
Why would you ever want to generalize all men and equate them to the literal worst of our sex? I hope those with large platforms are judicious with their words when posting. They can actually make a difference. The stakes are too high to have the best of us riven by divisive thinking.
