Yeah, if we’re gonna survive as a nation in the near future, I think we need a new constitution. Also I’m planning to send a message with referendum for independence in my state, will it not really legally binding, I want to show a vote of confidence in our current government system.
Well there is no punishment for being against the constitution, unlike in Germany, you got prison for that. There is no term limits, no term limits for congress and Supreme Court. I feel that unless it’s in stone, the greed, corrupt politicians are gonna destroy it. Also the EC has to go.
