I love making up titles. Titles just drop in my head. I rarely think about them or worry because it's me riffing off the story. Also I feel like it can be an opportunity to be contrasting or oblique? The title is always the last thing I settle on. I just keep writing and redrafting and it eventually emerges sooner or later.

Idk it's just a feeling. A phrase or word that announces it's self and I know the reasoning immediately? It's hard to describe.

I hate coming up with titles. My manuscripts all have silly working titles until it’s time to send them out. Then I panic.
