Let me put it this way, earlier this week I told the European editor of Notes on the Crises I might start sending her additional money and that I would have her set it aside so I at least had some foreign currency if the U.S. monetary system completely imploded.

If you read or listen to my work, you'll see that I was literally thinking about a breakdown of the Treasury being able to process payments. I do not think that worst case scenario is on the table right now. We'll see where we are Monday morning. Things are still very bad
