This skeet is on my mind because a bunch of states have in effect made it in effect legal for drivers to run over protesters (I don't think PA has) but if you were to run over revelers it wouldn't be legal.

No no you’re right two things can simultaneously be true. The accidental destruction of property by drunk careless people should also be viewed how accidental distraction of property by protests is and vice versa. It’s frowned upon here but in an aw shucks those kids kind of way
