I think they’re probably stuck with LaVine for a year. DeRozan is an expiring deal and Sabonis is clearly a gifted creator on a team that has paint protectors.

Oh I know, but he at least didn't ostracize players and at least knew how to acquire youth (I can't believe I'm defending Vlade)

Not saying he was more successful at teambuilding but we could see what he was going for with his super team but young stuff. Now? No clue what they're going for
