Calling them "the Mayor of London's NYE fireworks" is such a tell - we are paying for those fireworks!! The ticket fees only cover a portion of the cost, the rest is from the public purse ffs

And parks are public space, which belong to "large groups" (and small groups, and anyone else, in any other configuration they wish to assemble in)
