Is Reddit the best consumer info resource right now? I’ve been trying to fix my expensive coffee machine for 2+ months, messages to customer service didn’t even get answered, and a 5 min Reddit search gave me the fix. (Why didn’t I think to look there sooner, I wonder as a I sip my espresso?!)
