Back in the UK after observing elections in #Georgia as part of @NDI international observation mission. Pre-election period did not meet standards for democratic elections. Widespread reports of threats and harassment. 1/2

Polling stations I visited were mainly calm and well run but very concerned at cameras in most polling stations recording activity and many set up and managed by representatives of the ruling party. #Georgia #Gvote2024 2/2
