I hate to say this but this is an exceptionally Sydney train of thought.
But if Gunn wanted the musical aborted before first performance, she should have sent a cease-and-desist letter. Normally the complainant would bear the cost of that letter which would usually be less than $10k.
I didn't go to court did it? Costs weren't advised were they?
