It is not about whether or not they are law, but whether or not he has people in positions of power who will treat them as though they are law.

Dictators do not care about established law. They make their own rules. Do you really think that's not Trump?

Exactly. We know they are not as defined by the Constitution. However, they are being used as law as we see with dismantling of fed agencies with limited resistance from congress. The original post needs more context because most people are like “oh everything is good, government is working,”
