Congress has a break next week, and one in July, and they're taking all of August off. Unless there was some kind of emergency, it's unacceptable to miss this vote.

Turns out Congresswoman Beatty scheduled a non-emergency hip replacement surgery in the middle of Session, which likely means she'll be missing more critical votes
As her constituent, I find this deeply troubling, especially because the House has a lengthy Summer recess coming up in just a few weeks

I'm really upset about this. I called my house rep and told her as a leader, she needs to be talking to her colleagues. And she needs to talk to Hakeem Jeffries about how 4 ppl can't show up for work. This bill involved 9.4 BILLION dollars of taxpayer funds. Pls every call and complain.

As a constituent of Beatty, I'm disappointed AF but not surprised given her voting pattern as of late. This wasn't a vote that should have been missed. It more or less tells me she doesn't give a damn about us.
