Frankly, the disappointment in the Clinton story was not that Rs cravenly exploited it. Its that your newspaper gave clearly trivial story (at best) so much oxygen that it allowed Donald Trump to be elected in 2016. We´ll see if the NYT is still covering this story in a week.
