"Ooh, an email that says my order has shipped!"
*Checks tracking*
Tracking says they've *created a label*
"Okay, I'll check tomorrow, it's still early."
Four days later, SAME MESSAGE.

Why do they do this? Sitting there in a warehouse, with a label, IS NOT SHIPPED.
