Faculty aren't taking any crap:
* U Oregon's faculty declared impasse on Tuesday, a few steps (final offers, cooloff, strike vote) before potential strike.
* Oregon State faculty requested arbitration, the step before impasse, on Wednesday.
* We declared impasse at Portland State yesterday.
