Most of the current town was built after the railway came through in 1850, and as my books are all set before that, it would have looked quite different, but it was still great to get a sense of the geography in person.

I still have one more book to write that's set in Grange-Over-Sands, which is intended as a "straddle" book between the Lords of Lancashire and House of Uncommons series. Called The Duchess Bride, it's also going to be an homage to The Princess Bride.

After this trip, I'm going to have to set myself a schedule for writing. I have so many stories rattling around in my brain but I've gotten so out of the habit that it's been hard to get back on the wagon!

I'm still working on getting a new schedule since I started a new job in Jan. and I'm not working from home anymore and have a shorter lunch break. Less is getting done right now, and I have to change that.
