That is 100% correct and the fact that I have to send my 15 year old with his passport card to school with him is ridiculous. This is a total if your brown situation and these maga nuts feel emboldened. Let’s just say my trip to the grocery was eventful, my patience wore thin.
It was always about skin color, religion, sex, etc. It was always about hate. It's the hate that motivated most of those votes, as it takes a certain confidence to look not for what makes us different but for what we have in common. They lack such confidence. For many, hate is all they have.
