How can they be separate though? The utility of asking in the first place depends entirely on what it is that's being asked.

Hunter, I continue to believe the biggest problem is not the pressers or the questions but the way they are reported out. Way too much stenography, and far too many attendees assuming that a story must be written simply because a presser happened.

Watch events raw. Diversify news consumption. Stop making everything about cable and two papers if you find them lacking.

Lastly pressing media outlets to ask about things that matter to you is good! However, the questioning can only happen if there's a venue to ask.

Stopped watching legacy media when we cut the cable cord in 2015. Stopped paying attention to the two newspapers when they became as bad as legacy media. Independent media is the only way to go these days.
