This is infuriating. The whole council is so, so familiar with this grant and the reoccurring debate that surrounds it.

Make no mistake, there are cyclists out there who act like -total- assholes. I do wish that they wouldn't.
Strangely, Councilor @jake4somerville.bsky.social comes out in favor of taking the money and it passes on the spot.
