He just gave yet another interview defending Spacey, which he's done several times. One previous defense he used is that Spacey's crimes were "shannanigans," and this time Cox says that Spacey never committed genocide or molested Cox himself, so everyone should calm down and let Kevin Spacey cook.
I once met Spacey when i was 18 in 1986. We participated in a play reading together. He wasn't famous yet, and i was never alone with him, so nothing criminal happened, but he was clearly a very weird guy who desperately needed the spotlight on him. He was like a human megaphone.
He delayed the reading because first he had to do ten minutes of Jimmy Stewart, who he claimed he had just run into in the street in midtown. I didn't believe it then, and i really don't believe it now. I think he just wanted ten minutes in the spotlight doing his Jimmy Stewart.
