update: my upstairs neighbour once again came outside while I was shovelling, I asked him if he could maybe do the shovelling once in a while, he flipped out, got super defensive, accused me of being passive aggressive, and hurled some insults at me about my relationship.

today in my upstairs neighbours are the fucking WORST: I went outside at 1:30pm to shovel the snow that fell overnight. I could see footsteps that meant they had already come out of the house once without shovelling. they came out WHILE I WAS SHOVELLING and didn't say thank you or offer to help.
