It was the best day this week weather wise to be honest. I haven't seen her for ages. She works in a school so we usually catch up during school holidays. Folkestone is beautiful. I love living in this area. I hope you have had a good day 😊

Thank you. The sea was calm that day. I have a lot of pain in my left leg which is getting worse. The physio thinks I did some damage to the muscle when I had that nasty fall in August. The Dr thinks I've got a tear in the muscle but I've been referred to have an MRI on my leg. 🤗💐

Thank you, mums suggested that I get a motorised buggy 😱🤦🏼‍♀️ I told her I'm not getting one of those. 😂 I will persevere as much as I can. I'm hoping that once they figure out what is going on I can get back to some normality with my walking.
