fwiw i deactivated my twitter account on browser at around the same time this was posted yesterday and this did not happen, i think this is just a bug

For anyone deleting X. Look at this.

The UI was tweaked to shift the clickable area of the deactivate button a few cm away from the actual "Deactivate" text.
