He had a roofing business, and was really proud of how his employees were also Guatemalan and how he was helping them acclimate to the US.

She carried a lot of the weight of their marriage, again because of his citizenship, and it was hard, never mind the fear again because of the status.

They, esp W, felt like the 2020 election was stolen from trump and that he was going to grant citizenship to H because he was one of the “good immigrants”.

I wonder if they’re waiting for “good news” that they thought was promised and owed.
Or if the latest from the IRS has them making other decisions.
