On Ukraine, Trump's clearly decided to embrace various big lies about the war and openly go all in for Putin, rather than pursuing a strategy of disguised appeasement. This kind of approach has worked for him before--e.g., embracing Jan. 6 rather than merely minimizing or excusing it.
