A few years ago they produced about 6 variations & asked you to vote on your favourite. From memory it was Citra, the one you see the most that won but Cashmere was an honourable 2nd so gets produced occasionally. I think I prefer the Cashmere myself 🍻 - ThreadSky

However I do think that as the years go by the Citra version has really cemented itself into classic status. To be able to pick this up at a supermarket and for the price it is, it's a brilliant beer.

Fair enough, and that sounds about right. Sorachi was all the rage around then, you hardly see it now. I do have a bottle of the Citra to console myself, though!

Yeah I agree not seen it for ages. Was it Sorachi Ace that used to fit very well in a Black IPA? I seem to remember a brewer telling me they were a good match. However Black IPA seems to have gone the same way as Sorachi Ace.
