I think the same thing for tiny children in forward facing buggies when the parent (who they can't see) takes them out for a run:
"I am pinned in this crate. It's mostly smooth, but with enough big bumps to keep me awake. And I'm traveling at incredible speed and I have no idea what is happening!"
