2/7 Society uses demographics and roles as shorthand to signify differences between how big groups of people think. We see demographic and role-based assumptions about populations in academics, in journalism, in economics, etc.. It's everywhere. We don't question it. We don't even notice it. ⚠️

If we work at a smaller scale, subsets of your whole customer base divided by what their goal is, then we can see patterns in people's cognition.
👉 It should be easy to recall a conversation you heard/read where demographics or roles stood in for people's cognition. Let's build awareness of this.
