The only thing conservative, Republican fascists understand is brute power. They oppose the rule of law and will ignore it, act the scofflaw, until those laws are enforced. Criminal charges will be required to test the blanket legal exemption handed out by our corrupt conservative Supreme Court.

Not so blanket as you think. This is not a defense of the recent jurisprudence, but I’ve been reading Supreme Court cases for a living for more than 30 years. Yes, Trump tests all rules until he breaks them—he did that before he was ever a candidate. But sometimes he doesn’t break them.

I wasn't sure. I asked follow-up questions hoping for clarification. I thought, for a moment, you were defending Trump by saying he's not doing anything wrong, just testing the law, and the conservative Supreme Court did not recently give him a green light for "official" criminality.

I'm happy to hear that's not really or necessarily what you were implying, but I am still a little confused about whether Trump can be held criminally liable for anything he may tell his underlings to do and also whether his underlings can be held criminally responsible for following illegal orders.
