We started A Man on the Inside yesterday and just a couple of notes. The daughter monologues about her father to her HUSBAND. As if he has no idea of his own father in-laws backstory. Of course this is for the audience’s sake.

I just think this scene could have been tweaked a bit so that she’s kind of ranting and thus it would make sense for her to be listing all the things that happened in an exasperated way. But it was played way too straight.
Next, the line about going from Sacramento to San Francisco in two hours and saying “you made good time,” is stupid. 90 minutes is good time. An hour forty-five is what Maps projects. Two hours+ and you’ve hit traffic. This only matters if you live in NorCal outside the Bay Area, niche, I know.
