Great question, however, soldiers aren't lawyers so..go with their gut on what feels right or wrong?? This is equally problematic...

Some of y'all are missing the point of me sharing this. We REALLY want the military to have thought this one through BEFORE it happens. Not having a decision-making framework for this ahead of time will not end well.
