This is fantastic. I'm a little out of the loop on cape comics these days so I don't know all of the characters. Is that Bruce Wayne in the lower right or just a regular person in the DC universe wearing a bat-shirt?
Oh wait. I just realized that he, the Aquaman and the Barda are cosplayers in the parade, not the actual characters. See, I just figured that the characters looks had changed or they'd been replaced with a legacy successor as so often happens.

Gotcha. I'm just noticing the creation of a central diamond shape via the lower and upper right flagpoles, the upper-left shape of the tree, and the less obvious lower-left elements. It's an interesting look and effect for an overall very lovely and effective cover. 🙂
Yeah, "Tangent" is probably the wrong term because there's an implicit unintentionality to it. In the moment, it seemed like the quickest way to get my idea/intention across in a character-limited form of communication.
